REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Due to the sensitive nature of scientific peptides, including strict cold-chain storage parameters, environmental controls, and sterile conditions required to preserve sequence purity and molecular stability, Atomik Labz Shop (https://atomiklabzshop.com/) maintains a strict return policy.

STRICT NON-RETURNABLE POLICY

To preserve supply chain integrity and guarantee that every laboratory receives unhandled, sterile, and uncompromised compounds, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on any opened, unsealed, handled, or reconstituted vials. Once a product has left our climate-controlled custody, it cannot be returned to inventory for scientific resale.

Eligible Exceptions & Replacement Claims

Exchanges or store credits are evaluated exclusively under the following verified circumstances:

  • Incorrect Product Shipped: An incorrect compound was dispatched due to a fulfillment error.
  • Damaged in Transit: The vial, container, or seal arrived physically broken or compromised during transport.

Filing a Claim

If your delivery meets either condition above, you must submit a formal claim within 7 calendar days of delivery by following these steps:

  1. Email our customer service desk at clientservice@atomiklabzshop.com.
  2. Include your Order Reference Number and full client details in the subject header.
  3. Attach clear, high-resolution photographs showing the damaged or incorrect item, original packaging, and the enclosed packing slip.

Upon verification, Atomik Labz Shop will, at its sole discretion, dispatch a replacement order or issue account store credit. Cash refunds are not issued for transit damage claims.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to order fulfillment and tracking generation. Once a tracking number has been generated and your parcel has entered carrier custody, the transaction is final and cannot be cancelled.

Fraudulent Disputes & Chargebacks

Fraudulent payment disputes undermine scientific commerce. Because every order includes detailed tracking logs and requires agreement to our Terms & Conditions at checkout, unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account termination, blacklist reporting, and referral to merchant collection networks.
