At Atomik Labz Shop (https://atomiklabzshop.com/), we recognize that scientific projects operate on strict schedules. We are committed to processing, packaging, and shipping your research materials as safely and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Timelines

All orders placed on our platform undergo standard processing within 1 to 2 business days. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and official US federal holidays. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the following business day.

If an unexpected inventory delay or verification hold affects your shipment, our team will promptly contact you via email.

Domestic USA Shipping

We provide fast, tracked shipping across all 50 US states and territories. Transit timeframes depend on the shipping service selected at checkout:

Standard Domestic Shipping: Estimated 3–5 business days following dispatch.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2–3 business days following dispatch.
Overnight / Priority Courier: Estimated 1 business day following dispatch (subject to daily order cutoff times).

International Shipping & Customs Compliance

We ship to select international scientific destinations. However, ordering research compounds across international borders carries logistical and regulatory requirements. The purchaser assumes complete legal and financial liability for understanding local import laws, licensing, and customs regulations regarding research peptides.

Atomik Labz Shop is not responsible for shipments delayed, confiscated, seized, or destroyed by international customs agencies. Import duties, tariffs, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a shipment is returned to us intact by customs, a refund may be issued for the products minus original freight charges and a 15% restocking fee.

Tracking & Delivery Verification

Upon label generation, an automated email containing your tracking reference will be dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking updates to register on their online portals.

If your tracking reference reflects “Delivered” but the physical package is missing, please inspect your delivery area and contact the designated carrier directly to file a trace. Atomik Labz Shop is not liable for packages stolen after verified delivery.

Address Accuracy

Clients must ensure that all delivery parameters entered during checkout are accurate. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the client will be responsible for the freight costs associated with re-shipment.
